5 Elements refer to the five basic elements with which the whole universe is made of, namely Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Our body is also made up of these five elements. And hence the elements are related to our five senses of smell, taste, hearing, touch and sight. Any imbalance in these internal and external elements upsets the natural equilibrium.

With technological advancements over the years and man’s attempt to make everything “easy” and “convenient”- we have created many things and systems which are now harming our nature and the mother earth.

The misuse of our natural resources is drastically changing the landscape of our world. Our land fills are being taxed with a variety of polymers, plastics and man-made materials which take years and sometimes centuries to break down and in the process release chemicals that are toxic in nature. Our addiction to excessive consumption, disregard to the consequent waste and ignorance about the available green options add to the problem.
